KING OF ICE!!! KING OF ICE!!! is an outdoor skating rink located in Olympia's Entertainment District. The rink is fairly small (25m x 50m) with lights decorating the barrier that surrounds the perimeter of the ice. Ice skates are available to rent for a small cost at the ticket booth. Visitors are also able to buy hot beverages if they should start to feel chilly. (Please don't litter and recycle your paper cups! Those that bring their own cups will receive a discount. ;]) The rink operates during the evenings on weekdays, and all day on weekends. It is closed during summer months.

HIRING What a magical thing to be in a position to hire! Ice Supervisors: Staff that is responsible for supervising the ice in case anyone falls or requires assistance. They also need to keep an eye on the condition of the ice and clean it when necessary. Booth Operators: Staff that is in charge of selling tickets and beverages, as well as renting out skates.
